In the spirit of “say more with less,” the SocialCode design studio—informally known as The Bakery—tackled brand management challenges by distilling the company’s design system down to its essential ingredients.

We launched an updated brand book, a quick-reference brand sticker sheet, and a self-serve brand asset hub. Client-facing materials got a high-gloss refresh. The design team also introduced a formal design request system to streamline project intake and prioritization. Design processes and lead times were standardized and documented to protect designers from last-minute, waterfall-style requests and improve clarity and efficiency across teams.

To help account managers create more consistent, polished client update content, we hosted sweets-themed design workshops, office hours, and onboarding sessions focused on brand template mastery—all designed to make presentation and one-sheet creation faster, easier, and more fun.
